Can i e-mail someone that has a cell phone number but not a yahoo id .?

The person has a cell phone and can get e-mails and send them but i do not knw how to e-mail them cause they do not have a yahoo id only their cell phone number

sometimes but it might delete ur profile. it deleted my a couple of times. but olny if there fone can im someone.
