ask her why she feels the need to act like a 14 year old when she is 21 and should be acting like a responsible adult. tell her it shows just how much her child means to her in that she's willing to go sit in jail and leave her child for a while just to smack someone. sounds like she's just a big mouth who needs to learn a lesson. i would say..come on then...if you wanna do it and leave your daughter alone for a while while you sit in jail... then go ahead. otherwise, shut your mouth, go take care of your child, and act your age. and make sure she knows that you aren't afraid to stand up for yourself. she'll leave you alone if you don't back down. she's just trying to feel like a big bad @$$.

Be careful, don't threaten her back. She could have a mental disorder or major issues in her life. The best bet may be to avoid her all together. Sometimes if people sense you are afraid they try to push your buttons. Don't act afraid around her. Ask her, "what's your problem with me and I'm not trying to start anything here - what's up?" She could be jealous of you in some weird way, just be careful.

This 21 year old female is way out of line trying to start some B.S. If you want to do this, may be you can try and talk to her and find out why does she want to "punch your *** out." She's not worth fighting with anyway because it looks like she's trying to prove something to herself or someone else. If talking to her doesn't work, continue to ignore her and focus on what's really important in life. Hope this helps. Best of luck.
