Well, pretty much everyone is involved in dealing with North Korea, including other nations like China, Russia, Japan and the UK. I think Kim Jong Il will remain in power for a long time, probably as long as Fidel Castro. Lack of effective diplomatic efforts have unfortunately lead to a nuclear armed North, now that there are sanctions, we are not sure as to what is to come out of the North Korean scenario.

I haven't looked into specifically which groups are doing what.. but I'm sure many government groups have watchdogs on North Korea.. the biggest thing about North Korea is that Iran will be watching and what we do will allow them to know how we will be forced to act upon them.. that is the largest reason for there to possibly be military action in North Korea.. on the flip side.. the American people are tired of war and the balance of power has been returned to Washington.. so i don't believe there will be a war/military action in North Korea and when we get a president in that can do well with foreign relations you'll see some progress (though probably only slight) with this nation.. bottom line is that North Korea is backed by China.. and if you pit China against the US you start WW III.. and that is something that no one wants.

Our response is to get China to lay down the law. China's econiomy is doing very well largely due to its involvement in the American market. I don't think there is much chance of war, there are still too many other cards to play. The one thing we dare not due is cave to Kim Jung and reward him for ceasing his nuclear program. If we do that, every third world hellhole will be extorting money, food, whatever from the USA. We could withdraw the requirement in Japan's constitution that they have no military. I am more concerned about Iran's nuclear program.

No oil and no large purchases of U.S. dollars in North Korea, so no need for the U.S. to go there.
We will allow China, Japan and the pacific rim to keep them in check.

it's going to be perplexing to attack the President on remote places coverage, however the financial stability of the country will particularly come into play. The GOP has defeated each jobs and fiscal invoice proposed via the President and could blame the President for the undesirable financial equipment. Sorry, they did vote to enhance the debt ceiling, yet purely by way of fact their obstinacy grew to become into hitting even the main uninformed citizen in the face and vote casting against it could have been unfavourable to any of them getting elected or re-elected. EDIT: the subsequent election will focus on the national debt, jobs and infrastructure. even with the indisputable fact that, the GOP applicants have began attacking the President for pulling the troops out of Iraq, stating his negotiating skills have been undesirable or he did no longer comprehend the area. those attack tutor they'll pass to any lengths to undermine the President, which incorporate putting our troops in jeopardy. i would not vote for any of those clown. It in simple terms proves how cheating all of them are.
