She's addicted to lemons. It is a common occurence among gynecologists around the world. I read about it my sociology course, it has something to do with the lemon qualities of cleaning? It was a few years ago, so I dont remember for sure. But dont worry you arent the only one!!

It must not be that smelly or the doc would be rubbing Vicks Vapor Rub under his nose. Maybe it is just a mild odor.
