As an employer, I am not certain why you would need to know....however, the materials are a matter of public record...(unless a child is the victim or accused).

Go down to the Courthouse and request to see the disposition sheet or order of the judge made at sentancing. You can also request a copy for a small fee.

I guess a PO, however that is usually between a PO and the one under house arrest!
