I have to laugh every time I speak! I may say something and then go ha ha or go tee hee hee...and when someone says something, no matter what -I still go like ha ha under my breath...or hum ha ha...do you know someone like that?

I think some times people do that when they feel the other person knows more than you on the subject at hand. So of course that makes a person nervous. Don't be afraid to say I don't understand or I disagree. No one knows it all ,all though I have meant folks who thinks they do. Don't let anyone make you feel incompetent. And continue to laugh because it is very good for stress.

hmmm, i bet you live in california, probably beverly hills and you are pretty wealthy. oh, my god how did he know that?!?!?
there used to be this show on tv about a year ago on cartoon network with 3 rich teenage girls who lived in the hills who were some king of international spies. i thougt that show was kind of funny because back in that time i was dating a girl from southern cali, and her mentality was not too far off from that tv program. finally i couldn't take it anymore and said ok i'm not rich i hate hollywood and everyone in it and here in indiana it's called hardee's not carl junior or whatever. and i said come back when you learn to be more modest and in touch with reality

maybe its just sort of a nervous reaction or nervous laugh. .. i used to know someone like that LOl it sorrt of got irritating LOL but i dealt with it. if you want to deal with it. just be more conscious when you are talking and force yourself to NOT giggle. it wil take some time as you are in the habit of doing it,.but it can be done.
