Mexicans coming to the US is a form of outsourcing. Mexicans come here to take services jobs that cannot be outsourced. How can you outsource picking strawberries on a farm in Half Moon Bay, California? The only way to do this is draw illegal workers into the US. Since they are illegal you can pay them less money than US Citizens.

Outsourcing is just a bad idea. It's one thing to outsource jobs that require little or no higher education or training; and quite another to outsource jobs that require 4, 6, or 8 years of advanced education to perform. If you outsource all of the high tech, R&D, finance and MBA, and marketing jobs what jobs will you have left? Moreover, corporations that outsource these jobs are financing the creation of their own foreign competitors. That is how new companies form; highly trained, experience employees of a given corporation leave and form their own company. What makes this worse is that now, if the jobs are outsourced instead of have this new company contribute to the US economy, it will expand a foreign country's economy.

yea, as a conservative I see a major flaw in this idea. You are tying two different work classes together. We dont outsource janitary services, building houses, auto mechanics and the likes. Granted outsourcing is done to get things done cheaper but there will always be jobs here that can be undercut by Illegal aliens. Just watch, if we raise the min wage and dont curb illegal immagration how many more illegal jobs are going to be taking money out of the pockets of our lower class citizens?

not all of the outsourcing goes to Mexico.. and the whole reason it's outsourced is because it's cheaper to build it there.. meaning they aren't paying much money to workers/taxes whatever... also for quality of life.
