NO!! Just because they are cheap does not mean that they are good. I work for a major Breast Cancer center in Houston. Luckily we dont get many people who have had problems with their implants but Ive heard many horror stories of women who have had major health issues arise from breast implants, mainly from some second rate surgeon. If you are considering breast implants the best thing to do is to do your research. Would you take your car to some hole in the wall place to fix a problem, or would you take it to someone who was certified to fix the problem even though they charge you more? Same goes with any type of surgery. Never trust your health or body with someone who cant speak your language or charges dirt cheap for expensive procedures. You never know what you are getting. The old adage you get what you pay for. My advise to any women who are seriously contemplating breast implants is to do tons of research

No. No. Definitely not. Although I don't think that you should have plastic surgery in the first place, seing as how it is extremely dangerous when unnecessary, I believe that you should see one that speaks English, so he can talk you through proper procedures. Remember the phrase "Better SAFE than SORRY".

Uh, red flags anyone?
Much more important than whether the dude speaks English or not is his qualifications and references. Ask where he got his medical degree. Ask if he is board certified in plastic surgery. Check out his answers to make sure he's telling the truth. Ask him for references from past patients. Call them to be sure they were happy with the results. Call the medical licensing board in your state to make sure this doctor hasn't had a bunch of complaints lodged against him. Do your homework, girl! Then send me a picture of your new boobies! lol

The better question is, is he competent? Do your homework on any doctor before letting them cut into your body, or alter it in any way. If he's good, then who cares what language he speaks. Just have a translator on hand, so you can understand each other before he starts working.
