I used to find them at Home Depot in the same area as the trash bags. Don't load up on them, though, since it appears Chicago is trashing the bags in favor of carts.

Best blue bags I've found are at Menard's.
They are heavy and come in to sizes.
One to fit your kitchen trash can and a larger size.

The Chicago Blue Trash Can will not be in all areas
of the city for a while.

Dominick's has for a long time put your groceries in
a small blue bag....part of the recycling program.

Jewel never bothered

Glad to see there are other recyclers in Chicago.
On my block our trash goes out in front and we are
the only ones on the whole block that use blue bags.

They were saying on the news a few weeks back that Chicago is trashing the blue bag idea and are going more into using the bins instead.

They should sell them at Jewel or Dominick's.
