stop playing with yourself, and satisfy your wife for a change.

What's your definition of "make love"? Generally, that is considered "intercourse". If you're talking about oral or foreplay that's a different story. It could just be a mental thing, maybe you've had a bad experiance and now that's just in the back of your mind and causing this problem. Or maybe its just a sensation thing and the way it feels is different. Try seeing a doctor and, if there's nothing physically wrong, try a therapist to see if it is an unresolved issue.

The best place to start in your case would be your doctor's office. You might have prostrate issues, diabetes, high cholesterol/heart problem, or other health problems that are interfering with you sex life. If you get an all clear from the doctor you should see a counselor as your next step. They might be able to help you find out if this is a psychological issue - something in your relationship that is unresolved or self-esteem issues.

Best of luck - I know this can be frustrating for both of you.

There can be very serious physical reasons why this happens, You need to go to a doctor first and have him or her check out you physically. This could be signs of diabetes, high blood pressure, low testosterone levels, low grade prostate infection, etc.

Before you do anything else, go to a physician. This can also be a response to stress or sexual expectations (AKA: it has happened to me once so it will happen again - "a self fulfilling prophesy"). And until you get checked out things will only get worse. and no one here has enough information to distinguish between what kind of problem it might be.

But, unless you have a severe heart condition, it can be easily treated no matter what the cause. You need to have the right cause to get the right answer

I don't know? What do you think is the problem?
Maybe dont get so hot and heavy until you get to the intercourse part. You could try a penis ring to keep it up and last longer and make sure your comfortable. Sometimes being too hot and etc can ruin the mood.

I would talk to your doctor about it but really if you stress about it and already assume that is what will happen then maybe that stress is part of the problem, there are lots of pills out there now though so really talk to your doctor and they will help you.

Go to your doctor and see if there are any medical reasons for your situation. But, as long as you give her the pleasure that she needs in other ways, she probably won't complain too much.

More foreplay. Pay more attention to her needs with manipulation before entering her. You can bring her all the way before you get to the door if need be.
