Lots of hot water and elbow grease. Just as any other stuck on stain in your fridge. If it is real thick you may want to try scraping some of it up with a putty knife (or something similar.)

I've been cleaning apartments for 20 years and the best way to get a fridge clean is usually the old fashioned way. Just scrub with hot water and a good (food safe) cleaner. You also may have to let it soak some under a wet rag to soften it up.

There is a cleaner called PURPLE STUFF (comes in a big purple jug) that is the bomb when it comes to those hard to clean messes. Just spray it on full strength, let it sit for a few minutes and wipe up with soap and water. You can use this on everything!!!

You can find Purple Stuff in places like AutoZone or in the automotive department in your local Wal Mart.

Try one of the cleaners with peroxide or a bit of peroxide mixed with dish soap. Soak a sponge or two and leave it there for a while. Peroxide breaks down proteins.

409 or The Works, spray it on and let it sit for a little while and then it should just wipe clean, if not, try spraying and letting it soak again. Good Luck!
