is anyone else having problems accessing their msn hotmail accounts? it says the server is busy and to try again in a few minutes ... i've been trying since this morning! anyone have any idea when i'l be able to access my e-mails?

others suggested that you try again later as if you had intended to never try again and let your account expire
in order to say something a little more useful than try again i will say that i sympathize with you laurer
msn messenger indicates i have an unread message in hotmail and i expect it is a response from a friend that i really wanted to read this morning so of course i am irritated with hotmail right now
i had already considered not receiving email in my hotmail account because it is simply not as good as yahoo mail

I am having the same problems too. Looks like some global issue with the Hotmail servers or rather the MSN Live Mail servers. May be they deployed something that back fired.
Keep trying and if you haven't signed up for their paid service then pray that you don't loose your emails!

let it be and come back in about 3 hours and try again if it still happens go to msn's support site and see the answer on there. some times your internet connection just isnt at a high enough speed for msn to work, that could be it. your internet connection changes every second so just wait a while. it should be back up in a few hours.

I'm not having that particular problem, but when I upgraded to IE7 yesterday, I somehow lost half the mail in my mailbox. All I did was say "yes" to the question of whether or not I wanted to install the MSN Messenger plugin......

Go to Google. Type in "hotmail" and use the top link. For some reason that works. Strange.

I am having the same problem, It is a blooming nuisance, especially if you are waiting for something important, I dont know how long it will last.

Nope. I was on yesterday & now and no problems. I do have Windows Live Messenger 8.0 however I am not sure if others have it or not.

I had problems too, just keep trying. You will get in eventually. When you do, keep the browser window open!
