Probably not.

But I volunteer Yoko Ono to be the first person on Pluto, regardless of planetary status.

nicely, it relatively is no longer appropriate if Bush would have signed it or no longer - it relatively is the Senate which has the ability to settle for or reject treaties like this. And the vote for Kyoto, throughout the Clinton administration, became against, ninety 8-0. it relatively is on the grounds that's an atrocious disaster of a treaty, having diverse standards for various countries, yet severely punishing the US the main. And the countries that have signed it are all backpedalling on it, now that they known what an ill-conceived difficulty that's. that's what happens once you have a team of environmental zealots run amok with none grounding in the reality of international power utilization and production, without pondering any financial impacts or feasibility.

The "Yoko One" Treaty was a disaster from day one. Exempting India and China from the treaty was nuts. NEvermind the fact that Kyoto will not have ANY impact on the climate whatsoever, AND even worse: all the money used to comply with the treaty could be used to bring CLEAN WATER to every single person on earth.
