I'm sorry, your question makes absolutely no sense. Can you rephrase it?

I don't thing anyone should be punished for something they didn't do- male, female, adult or child. I don't really understand the issue about the test, but perhaps she can ask for a review, or hearing, to contest whatever punishment was given.

What does it have to do with female? It should apply to males too. Was it a timed test and the time was up? If so then it should have been taken up.

You are not giving enough details. SHE could ask the teacher what was wrong. People get punished for things they didn't do all of the time. Life may be fair, but some of the people in it aren't.

What does being female or male have to do with this question?
And do you mean that the questions she did not answer should not be counted wrong? Should just not count in general?

Please explain what you are asking.

Need more details to give an answer.

I take it you were sitting next to someone who was cheating? And the teacher took all the test?

Depends on what she did or didn't do . . . and what does being a female have to do with it? But in answer to your apparent actual question, no. Best wishes on future tests!
