I don't think "they" are always watching me; often I feel ignored.
But when they do notice me, I'm sometimes convinced that they're judging, and not favorably. I think it might be more about insecurity than paranoia. Yes, I have my moments.
On the other hand, I know for a fact that the FBI does have a file on me.
Teacher: "Johnny can you use the word 'paranoia' in a sentence?"
Johnny: "The waitress in the low-cut blouse bent over the table to serve the food, and when she saw the man looking at her chest, she said, 'I'm sorry, does my paranoia?'"

If you live in the UK they are watching you. CCTV cameras on everthing now. Stand still for too long you might have one strapped to you.
Paranoia is the only thjing that's kept me alive and pain-free over the years. It's a natural state of mind. Don't believe that it's always drug induced or you are just plain crazy

Paranoia pays no role in my life. No one is watching me and eff em if they are. They will be bored to death in no time, lol.
By the way, completely off topic....I met up with one of my Renn Faire buddies recently (yep, I'm a geek) and they had on a shirt that reminded me of you, lol. It said:
"Meddle ye not with dragons, for thou art tasty and crunchy with ketchup!"

Paranoia is my middle name. I *know* them & I *know* they're watching. They wear dark suits & white socks, that's how you can identify them. They drive dark vehicles with dark tinted windows, wear dark sunglasses, & they always wear dark suits, including jackets even in triple digit weather to hide their weapons.
They are out there, they are watching, and if we're not careful....they will be coming to take us away. ha ha.
Take care & have a super day. RAWR! â¥

I'm not paranoid, I'm cautious and have a strong sense of right and wrong. I am aware of my environment and can pick out when something is different. It's just a matter of paying attention.

Cats do not have paranoia. Cats know they are worth watching, but don't worry about it.
You're welcome!

The paranoid survive! This is a mantra that has helped me time and again! LOL. And as to the "they".....well, "they" didn't even have the decency to answer my question about "them", so I say "they" are a bunch of weenies......So there! lol
