Start by contacting some of the temporary employment agencies where you live. Most of them do not charge a fee to people looking for jobs; they usually only charge a fee to employers looking for employees. It's a good place to start because you don't have to go out and search for a job on your own - they do the searching for you. Some of their jobs turn into permanent, full-time jobs. My wife went through a temporary employment agency and ended up with a permanent, full-time job with benefits. Best of luck to you.
