My friend's period was due yesterday. She is nautious, sore nipples, and a weird feeling in her belly. Preg test today says negative. Has this happened but you were pregnant??

Yes- I have had a negative HPT that was false. I took the test again approximately one week later (2 weeks after missed period) and it was positive. It will depend on the sensitivity of the test. They have tests now that should be able to detect pregnancy after a few days of missed period. If your friend does not get her period in the next week, I would advise her to take another test. Yes. My hormone levels didn't rise fast enough and the test showed positive 2 weeks after I was late. Good Luck!

She wouldn't be feeling anything quite yet however my friend had 12 negative pregnancy tests and on 10/11/06 out popped baby tell your friend to go to planned parenthood and get another test or go to her doctor and get a blood test

yep! i found realized it when i was a wek pregnant! (my nipple leaked...weird I know!!) but I took a test and negative! so I waited a week then positive! (same brand , i bought the 2 pack)
the pregnancy hormone is very faint in the first 2 weeks, she might have to take the test early in the morning or wait a week.
I KNEW IT!

With my first child I knew right away. Now I'm pregnant with my second child and it took an ultrasound to confirm that I was 5 weeks pregnant. It could be the pregnancy hormones haven't showed up in her urine yet. So I advise her to see a doctor.

yes they have my mother was 1 of those people ...they gave her a test it was negative then they prayed and the y were gonna throw the test a way and i was positive and now i have a 3 yr.old little brother

No, but sometimes it can be too early to tell if she is or not. I thinkg by the third week preggers most test will be pos or neg and have the real answer. good luck, hope shes not a friggin teenager.
