as part of my work i have to teach the children in the class i'm teaching a musical maths rhyme. thing is, i dont want to just sing the typical counting maths songs (such as 'one man went to mow' or 'ten green bottles'), im teaching 6-7 year olds and they would find this boring/insulting!
Do you know any good maths rhymes/songs/raps that i could use/adapt??? i would be vey greatfull for any suggestions!

go to google search and look for MATH POEMS. the second site MATHEMATICAL POETRY gives a lot of poems. You can also try to search under MATH ANECDOTES and go to the site MATH HUMOUR. Enjoy yourself!
