It means the poor will become rich too, but somehow, I'm sure the rich will get richer faster, probably because they can afford to eat more, thereby increasing the gap between the rich and the poor, because the rich will be full of crap.

Of course, we'll have liberals whining about how that's not fair, and wanting to start a government program to force feed the poor, for their own good.

No, being born without a means of defecating would not be adaptive to life. That mutation would not propagate through the population.
