probably anywhere but the US. The macho men & women of this country first need to get over their fear, bias & hangups against women in power.

Yes. Americans have a lot to get over. Ireland has had quite a few female presidents, as have many other countries.

I can foresee a lesbian midget being Grand Mullah of the USA. Doesn't mean it'll happen any time soon though.
