I'm not sure why this question is on here twice, but I'll answer it again.
First, none of the places you have mentioned are even close to 5086 N. Elston Ave.
Your best bet is to go to this web site: http://www.pacebus.com
On the left hand side you will see "Route Finder-Trip Planner" Click on the Trip Planner. Type in your starting address and your ending address. It will then give you a couple of choices.

The nearest public transit station near 5086 Elston is the Jefferson Park subway station, which is near Foster and Milwaukee.

The South Shore train takes you to the loop near Michigan and Randolph (Millennium Park).
From there you have to go west to Dearborn and catch the Blue Line train headed towards the airport.
Get off at Jefferson Park.
