OMG! I love to do cardio.... IF I HAD MY WAY, I WOULD DO IT EVERYDAY, but it is not practical for me at this time.... Normally I do it four times a week for at least 45 minutes but I prefer close to an hour... And when I have slacked I like to do about 80 minutes to get me going again... It has too many benefits to not want to do it though this is extreme it is good for the jump start!
Mine is usually done on an elliptical or treadmill since I have a history of asthma... But anything is better than not at all....

Yeah 2 days ago I ran 3 miles. But I play very competetive tennis so that why I ran. I need to be in top physical condition. If you run 2 or 3 days a week for 20 min. I think that will put you in shape depending on your age.

During the week, I walk 3.5 miles in 45-50 mins each day and on the weekends I walk 5 miles in an hour. I take one day off every two weeks to "rest".
I occassionally jump on the elliptical that my husband purchased too while I'm watching tv just to keep if from collecting dust...lord knows he's not using it.

I ride a bike at 13mph for 8 miles three times a week. If I am tring to lose some weight I ride it 6 days a week.
