Very likely one of these would work. Also try vegetable oil and salt. Pour a mound of salt into your palm and add vegetable oil. Scrub with this this. It removes many stains but also helps soften the hands. Add some lemon juice or rub your stain with a cut lemon half.

Automotive stores have hand cleaners that don't need water, problem is they are mainly for oil based problems. You've got a stain.

Don't worry about your hands if it all doesn't come out, just go and have a good time. Most people won't notice, especially if you don't call attention to them by wearing gloves or some such. If someone askes, just say, "oooops."

Get some white spirit (paint cleaner stuff) put it on a cloth and rub into the dyed parts of your hands. Once all the dye is off, wash your hands thoroughly with washing up liquid.

I know it sounds wierd, I thought it was too the first time I heard it...but when I go get my hair dyed, if I have any on my neck, or forehead, i dip a rag into some warm water, get some cigarette ashes (i'm a smoker) rub it into the area with the dye, wash my face, and it comes right out!

try some oxy clean in the jar with the screw on cap. Follow the instructions and see if that helps. I would also suggest the soap called "lava soap" although not sure if it is sold in stores in your area or not.
