Michael "Wild Thing" Wilson of the Harlem Globetrotters dunked a rim set at crazy 12 feet in 2000. I estimate his vertical to be roughly 50"- he did it with an alley-oop. He is 6'5" tall.
Michael Jordan could reportedly tough about 12'5" and Dr. J 12'6"; I wouldn't be too surprised if either of them could dunk a 12-footer with a running start and alley-oop.

I wish you would of had more details, but i would guess that the highest ever to dunk had to of been between 5 and 6 feet.
If someone could jump 12 feet of the ground then they are probably not even human, sure you can get your hands up that high but the question was refuring to how high the guy got his feet off the ground. 12 feet sounds like that NBA streets vol. 1 video game were the game wasn't that relistic when players dunked because they would jump 15 feet off the ground.
