It's in Southern Portugal in the Guadiana valley within the Nature Reserve of the Guadiana river
PULO DO LOBO
In its long passage since lands of Spain, the river Guadiana is come close to Mértola and Beja. It is between these two localities, the 6 quilómetros of Serpa, inside of the perimeter of the Natural Park of the Valley of the Guadiana, that the nature in provides one to them of its more beautiful espectáculos.
A passage the foot (it does not have access for cars) for the flaring scenes that the presence of waters leaves to guess takes the visitor the open landscapes and solarengas, in a stroll always folloied by the grumble of the river.
At the point where the bed becomes narrow, Nature created a natural "bridge" that links the two banks; after the "bridge", there is an enormous waterfall about 130 metres (4,200 ft) high; then the river becomes calm again as it flows between the sudden and generous banks known as Pulo do Lobo ("Wolf´s Leap").

That sounds Portuguese. Are you sure it's not Vale do Lobo?
Vale do Lobo is in Algarve, Portugal. It is a luxurious residential complex.
But lobo is a Spanish word as well, so it could be in Spain.
