Yeah and I'm barely 'computer literate'. So I had trouble figuring out if it was just me or not. Thank God it's them . I wouldn't know what to do if it wasn't.

My suggestion to all of you is to save your e-mails on to your computer and move them to Gmail. Once they're moved, have Hotmail redirect all your incoming e-mail to your Gmail account until all the people you talk to know you've moved to Gmail.
Why Gmail?
1.) Huge storage - it's into the Gigabites.
2.) No banner ads - only text ads
3.) Built in RSS feeds - they're like a directory of what's new at your favourite sites
4.) Chat is built in - no extra downloads.
5.) Chat has voicemail that will then appear as an MP3 in your e-mail.
6.) Chat conversations are saved into your e-mail automatically.
7.) You can access your e-mails through the site or through Outlook / Thunderbird.
8.) Gmail is invite only - invite your friends!
9.) There's a lot more - feel free to explore.
