I'm thinking that what you mean is that you'd like to buy a monitor that isn't too expensive? If yes, well.. you have a number of options... If you'd like to buy a brand new one, go to all computer selling stores, and wait till they have sales... If you're in the US, I'd advise going next Friday (Day after Thanksgiving...EVERYTHING's on sale!)
If used, look online... look in the paper. Try www.craigslist.org. It's an AWESOME, popular site. Pick out your state/country from the lists provided, and go from there... Check under 'For Sale', and then 'Computer'. Good luck!

Try ebay, or if you want one sooner than you can get it there, you might try some thrift stores in your area. There is one near here that has all kind of computers and hardware really cheap.
