I have a cat that used to like to climb the Christmas tree. I stopped that habit by having a spray bottle filled water and every time she would try to climb the tree I would spray her with it.

roflmao - I had a Siamese cat that should rip in the process the homestead like a ten mph wind, run at as quickly as up that tree like her tail grew to become into on hearth and perch on the actual until all of it plinked and plunked and shattered to the floor, ears returned eyes extensive, by way of fact the tree teetered in its stand and finally fell. She did that each 12 months of her existence until she have been given too old. i ultimately positioned it in a bucket of rocks and offered plastic embellishes, they say, a tree, a tree... whee a tree, in the homestead, MerOWL . it particularly is Christmas, seem at each physique of those bows and paper and a TREE MEOW!

Only if you want the tree to end up tipped over and laying on the floor. Try hanging a small one from the ceiling.

"who me" is right on!!!
Have a squirt gun or spray bottle near by. Get your tree up soon and leave the lights off so you don't short anything out when sraying! Cats hate the element of surprise especially when it comes to water!!
