Is it ok??
A close friend of mine went away for further studies.......she had a boyfriend who was also a close friend of mine.......the problem is we have gotten very close with this guy and maybe even done afew things that may be reserved for couples......the problem is I feel SO GUILTY........do you think its ok to continue or am I a real BAD FRIEND?

ok....ok......youve all made it clear that what am doing is wrong....but she aint coming back...shes gone to study and live abroad so shes never coming back and she has been gone for the past 7 months.....I have talked it over with the guy...he also felt guilty at first...but after a while the guilt kinda kept getting less and less.....so is it still ok even though she aint ever coming back....and dont take me out to be too BAD!!!!!its just that it happened and am feeling like am in a dilemma.......

I don't know if the question's in the wrong category, but I don't see anything wrong with it. She HAD a boyfriend, and now you have one. If she wanted him, she would have stayed with him or he with her.

If the boyfriend ends the relationship, then you shouldn't feel guilty. But if he doesn't, there is a reason...either he still wants her, he's stringing her along or he is a crumb. If she is never coming back and doesn't envision him joining her, she should break it off too, again leaving you off the "guilt" hook.
But it sounds like THEY need to clean up their mess first.

If they're not going to see each other again, then they need to break it off. If it's over they both need to know that the relationship is over. Then you won't be stealing her boyfriend if they break off what's already gone.
