No...just the opposite. I believe life inself a gift and heaven and hell are right here...depends on what you make of it and/or how you look at it. For me, life is what I know and it is beautiful...even with all the sham, drudgery and broken dreams. There is always tomorrow.

Life is not a waiting room. Life is more of a gift and at the same time a step in which you have to make a decision to where is your next step (either go to heaven or hell). While you still alive you can choose. the place you go depends on what kind of life you lead here while you still alive.

I would say that if there is a heaven and or a hell, life is more of a test than a waiting room.

I think that the idea that life is like waiting room would suggest that there is no free will. Also something along the lines predestination can been seen if you look at life as a waiting room.

Actaully I have viewed both false, when you're dead where's heaven or hell gonna be? We went up in an airplane and yet we saw a couple of birds, and clouds, but no gate of Heaven. Go to middle earth of the core and we struck oil or the ground is impossible to go right through. Apparently, many do not know and its a waiting list of living or dieing the next decades or several years or maybe days. World is going to end soon, so no one would find out either way if they are an immortal.

In Judaism those who're not purified in Gehinnom (Sheol) their soul is destroyed. The early Church developed otherwise between the Western Church and the jap Church. The Western Church believed in accordance to Scripture and custom that the soul is immortal and hence won't be able to be destroyed after lack of existence. The jap Church believed in accordance to Scripture and custom that the soul is waiting for the second one coming of Christ and could be judged on the most suitable Day. the concept of Hell is an part of eternal punishment for the dammed that bumped off themselves from God's grace. The doctrine is supported by Scripture besides the undeniable fact that it actually does not say the interest "Hell". And in case you've faith the soul is immortal than it won't be able to be destroyed.

In order to give purpose to life heaven and hell are often used. But i ask what is the purpose to heaven and hell.... Hell--- torture for eternatiy.. wooh scary, whats the purpose to that?
Heaven--- a really happy day all the time for the rest of eternety, and i say what is the purpose of that?
When in Hell and there is never any happieness, then the torture and pain and fear become less, its called habutation. human minds are ment to adapt to circumstance, and if my soal has alll eternity to adapt then im pretty damn sure it will.
And heaven, if there is no pain and no fear, we will become numb to the pleasantness and happines surronunding us... boredom could be considered the worst form of totrture. and after all eternity, you will have done everything a eternity amount of times.

I believe humans can not comprehend the meaning of life, and never will if they believe the purpose of life is to find the ultimate happiness, happiness is just a state of mind. pain can be excluded from the brain with the mear presence and lack of presence of certain chemicals.

Pain and happiness are physical states, and heaven and hell seem to want to give a physical place for our souls to be. Nobody knows what will happen to them. no matter howmuch they believe the preachings of other humans. our brains are not yet evolutionary high enough to comprehend it.

Nope...my view is that there is only heaven and earth. We can say that Earth is Hell, and we need to prove ourselves to make our way to heaven. Reincarnation happens to those who fail to make it up to heaven. I believe that Life is an Exam and Earth is the Classroom, and depending how you do, you will either fail and have to re-take the exam or pass and make your way to heaven. Spirits/Ghosts are those beings who failed, but are on the waiting list for a 'new body.'

No. if you believe in heaven and hell, why would life be just a waiting room that will lead you to either one? who determines where you will go? only your actions can lead to where you will be. its not a waiting room. you have to act, not wait. and its not fate nor chance, its choice

Some people can agree with that, coz they don't enjoy life as v do. Life is something great, and something which v cannot get back once lost... so, don't listen to any of those philosophies, just live your life happily...

Life is eternal we just live on earth temporarily.
Faith in God and eternity is a gift, we all receive it.
But we also have free will to reject or accept it.
Find yourself some quiet time and open your heart to God.
He will take it from there.
