It's usually best to wait about a week after your missed period. This is usually enough time to detect HCG in your body. Best of luck and I hope you get the answer you're looking for!

Quiting the pill could make issues very unpredictable. it may additionally supply all varieties of "indicators" that is misinterpreted (bloating, cramps, irritability, etc.). bear in mind, you're messing with hormones right here and your physique is making an attempt to re-stability. you will desire to very nicely be pregnant. i'd wait till a week previous your expected era and have a look at. If it relatively is adverse, wait yet another week and have a look at back (if nevertheless no era). If that became adverse, i'd head to the well being care expert. If the rfile says no longer pregnant and you desire a toddler, i'd use an ovulation predictor kit to offer help to time your ovulation, because it relatively is mind-blowing for a whilst after struggling with the pill.

When you are late for your period. Theres no way of knowing you're exact ovulation day, or time of conception, unless you were peeing on a test strip every day of that particular cycle.

Its best to wait until you are a day late for your period (the new early tests are only 60% effective) or get blood work done the week before your period.

The longer you wait (say a week on both urine and blood) the more accurate result you get. But after the first missed day of your period its usually 99% accurate.

I would wait until 16 days past ovualtion, because the egg takes at least 10 days to implant in the uterus and then the uterus need to start producing HcG, and usually takes a few days for enough to show up in your urine.
