They should be no lower then 5000 but can between there and 220,000. But every woman is different and so are our bodies. You should check with your OB if they are not high enough they will contact you.

Theres a ball park ageverage... i think i was almost 10000 when they took my blood at nearly 7 weeks... but i dont remember exactly.

This depends on the lab equipment doing the readings...........all lab equipment has their own values. So this is a question you need to ask your doctor.
