Yes, White can checkmate...but White can not FORCE checkmate...Count Acumen is correct.
In certain positions, mate with a King and two Knights can be forced, but only if (1) The Black King is already in a corner AND (2) Black has a pawn that can be moved... however, your example involves only a King and two Knights against a King... in the K-N-N vs K ending, White can only stalemate Black, he can not force checkmate.
Capablanca gives an example of the K-N-N vs. K and P ending in which White forces a mate in his book "A Primer of Chess".

It's technically possible but only if Black plays incorrectly.
Assuming Black plays properly, it's impossible for White to force a checkmate.

It is possible, but only with your opponent's co-operation. In other words, it white cannot force mate, but black can allow himself to be mated. The reason is that the eight (or fewer) squares that a knight controls, even with the assistance of another knight, are too few to restrain the king.

Guess I was wrong when I said:Yes, that's impossible. Checkmate material is King and Pawn, King and Rook, King and Queen, or (technically possible but difficult) King, Bishop, and Knight.
Of course, if your opponent still has a pawn or other piece it opens other possibilities.
The correction is: if your opponent cooperates, you can pin him in a corner with a king and one knight. There is no way to force cooperation, even with two knights, so if you are in this spot, accept the draw.

If black stays away from the corners its impossible and a draw. Knights are pretty much useless right at the end. try to keep hold of your bishops instead.

it is possible, but only if your opponent is not clever enough and you are so clever to avoid a pat situation. But in case he is a smart guy it will be a draw.
