most people believe that animals don't have they basic intelligence to understand what you might say to them let alone understanding religion. However since they are cold-blooded, I would say the sun.

The primary god of marine iguanas is the great god Waavsproutmunch, an ocean diety who plants and grows kelp, algae and other delectible things that marine iguanas like to eat. Daily pilgrimages are made to the underwater grottos where devotions are made. The faithful have never given their religion a name as they refuse to acknowledge that there could be any other faith. However, there is a rebel sect that denies that Waavsproutmunch is all-powerful.
The Baskers believe that Bigskylite, a shining sky god, is more powerful and should be worshipped above all other gods. According to their doctrine, the tasty things that Waavsproutmunch grows beneath the waves would not come to be if not for the light that shines from Bigskylite. You can see Baskers sitting on rocks with their eyes closed, making silent prayer of gratitude to Bigskylite.
Many marine iguanas are drawn to the Basker faith and bask with the Baskers, but there is a lot of backsliding, usually whenever they get hungry. Even the most devout are said to make pilgrimages to the temples and grottos of Waavsproutmunch.
At this time, the iguanas have not concieved of a unity religion. They are, after all, iguanas and not that bright.

Ok that question was strange so here's a stranger answer:
I have seen real marine iguanas. They sit there in iguana-piles on the coast of the Galapagos islands and look primordeal and strange. They take large dumps in public. They stare at tourists. They shoot salt out of their nostrils. They publically pile on top of eachother to make more iguanas. I can only conclude that marine iguanas are probably not Catholic, although I don't think my visit was on a Sunday so its still possible. They might be Hindu, although all I have to support this is that they eat nothing but plants and other religions can go vegetarian. They can't possibly be Jewish because not one of all the thousands of iguanas I saw owned a deli or a diamond store. Muslim? No, they pray five times a day. I would definitely have caught them neeling and facing Mecca on one of those hikes...
My best theory is that they pray to whoever is holding a bucket of iguana food! Satan is whoever is holding a machete and looks hungry.
