Galileo Galilei was an Italian physicist, astronomer, and philosopher.

He was born in February 15, 1564 and died January 8, 1642

At that time there were no such things as internets or mobile phones and the printing press (allowing mass production of articles on paper) wasn't around until another 200 or so years.

Galileo's only method of communication at that times was word of mouth and communication on pieces of parchment that were delivered by messengers on horse-back.
