Can a civil suit be filed against against the "client" he illegally represented? Can he be sued with the law enforcement officials connected with that case, or can separate civil suits be filed.

You better believe it! Civil suits can be filed.

And contact the state bar association so they can begin actions. They really protect that license!

If a lawyer's conduct is considered inappropriate or unprofessional to standards and statutes and they're not performing their profession as such they can be reported to the ABA(American Bar Association) and the state bar association and they can investigate the lawyer and if he/she is found to be in contempt of gross misconduct they can be disbarred as per the statutes by the ABA and State Bar association for however long depending on the severity of the crime. Police officers can be reported to department and IAD will investigate and if the officers involved are found to be in gross misconduct of their job they can be stripped of their badges and can face consequences like jail time and heavy fines. The department could be sued heavily for officers misconduct.

In such a case, you could probably sue anyone who defrauded you and caused you some kind of harm.

That would probably not include the client he illegally represented, unless he/she was one of the ones who harmed you.
