that is not something set in stone.
Age pending, stress pending, activity pending,

This is actually a question most women who want to get pregnant would want to know. Unfortunately, it's not easy to guest when your ovulation day is, especially if you have an irregular period.

A woman ovulates around 14 days before your period. If you happen to have regular period and have a 28 day cycle, you would most likely be ovulating at day 14. If you have a 33 day cycle, it would be around day 19.

If your cycle only deviates by a day or two every cycle, you can estimate and have sex 2 weeks after the start of your period and have sex for at least 2 weeks. No need to have sex every day though - just at least once every other day. Sperm can live up to 3-4 days in a woman's body, so this will ensure there's always sperm in there to "hit" the day of your ovulation. This is of course, if you're trying to get pregnant.

Exactly is impossible to know because our bodies are not made to be perfect in that sence. There are many hormones involve to trigger ovulation, then of course you have stress, illness and other factors to keep you from ovulating exactly on a given day. You need to learn to read your body and to understand the many changes your body undergoes every month. There will be months were you ovulate on day 14 of your cycle were other can be later or sooner. I suggest you to check www.fertilityfriend.com.

Hope this helps

you cant know without peeing on an ovulation strip every day of your cycle. Not every women ovulates on day 14, in fact a lot dont. Plus it makes a difference how long your cycle is, if its regular, if you're under stress, or if your body just ovulates at a different time.

I ovulate on day 22-23, but i got pregnant while on my period. Your body doesnt work like the tide, and its not meant to.

You cant know exactly for sure, but If you have a 28 day cycle then you would most likely ovulate around Nov 22nd. It depends on your cycle though.

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

this may be seen as the " old-school way " but it usually works
every morning before you get out of bed take your temp. when you begin the process of ovulation your temp will slowly start to rise when it peaks for a couple of days you are in ovulation i know this the "old way" but it works.
