Stress is the #1 cause of this... The best way to help is to exercise and maintain a healthy diet, and make sure you are getting plenty of sleep. They say you should force yourself to have sex as much as possible, since the more you have it the more you want it...you somewhat have to retrain your brain!

Actually, women have very little sex drive by nature, but few people want to believe it.
If the truth be known, the average woman has her timely or stratetic "headaches" and needs to be gotten drunk to want to have sex. Studies have shown that women prefer watching soap operas than having sex. It's mostly a chore, and a way of becoming pregnant and of course pleasing men.
If you don't believe it, do your own candid survey.

i consider it to be normal. i'm 25 and my sex drive goes up and down all the time. the down times can last for days weeks or months. it usually comes back around though.
however, if it goes on for an extended period of time and there are other, more negative feelings she's experiencing, it could be a sign of something else like depression.

Im about to be 23 on about 4 days... and my sex drive was down when i was 20 years old... it picked back up but now its going down again... i think it just depends on your partner at the time and the issues in your life.

Check with your doctor!
Explain all symptoms and just tell the truth!
Women in their twenties should be enjoying sex as a part of their life, and it should be lifelong.
My wife does, and she's 65.

I would say if your stressed and have alot on your mind..But im in my twentes and I dont have a problem..I enjoy it!

depending on if she is depressed, stressed.etc, or if the person giving it to her isnt a turn on or isnt doing it right, or they arent interested in them.
