check the internet for state or national parks in your area----these are always fun for the family---most parks charge entrance fees.

When our children were small a few times we just did a lot of things close to home, maybe within 100 or 200 miles and then would be back home each night by about 10 pm or later but we saved a motel stay, as there are things around us that our kids had never seen or done, or you could get a room with a pool and stay depending on what you want to do.My grandkids love to go to a motel with a pool that is great entertainment and a hot tub. good luck!

If you have passports you can take a Carnival Cruise to the Bahamas. You can find deals as low as $299 a person. Everything encluded(except alcoholic drinks) They have a camp carnival for kids on the ship as well. Laods of fun.
