how hard is your work there? and how much do you earn?..do you still have time for yourself and your family and is it true that you could buy a house and lot of your choice in less than a year with your salary there?>>

Never ask "how hard is the work." If you aren't willing to work hard for what you want, in whatever job you do, you won't achieve your goals. If you love your work, it is not work.
But to address your question, nurses make very good salaries, especially in the hospital. The actual pay varies a lot depending on the shift, department, overtime, etc. Some will pay a sign-on bonus, if they are really in need. This alone could be $5-10,000, as long as you stay at least 6 - 24 months, depending.
You must be able to complete 2 - 4 years of nursing school, depending on where and what you are going to do. That can be tough, if you're not good at academics.
But if you succeed, you will have a career for life. Good Luck.
