what the hell is flirting?

alot of times i go places with the intensions for flirting with females. what does flirting inply? maybe its that...
you admire somone.. or maybe its your walking your dog and someone walks up to you and you start talking about the animal and you both admire eachothers ideals... what does flirting lead to? im not absolutly sure but whouldnt flirting be alot better if its done in a common setting? lets say you hardly ever go to a bar or a night club. or to a party im college age and ive done this many of times... only having the intensions of getting in a hot pair of panties! but guess what?

it never has worked for me!

granted im only 18yrs and i have my whole life ahead of me. however normally when i flirt well its in an invironment that whould come natural for me?(like walking my dog) how do you feel about your flirting ability? tell me how you do good in an unatural invironment!

Actually, I agree with both Angel and Katrina's comments. Most sex begins with some type of flirting, but rarely does flirting lead to sex. Being an older man, I experience flirting from women all the way from my age down to little pre-pubescent girls. I don't think those girls have sex in mind, they are just experimenting with their emerging feminine charms, to test male reactions, to get a sense of their own budding sexual powers. As girls age into women, and they occasionally get into trouble for flirting when they shouldn't, they begin to exercise restraint and increasingly only use it when their intentions are more sincere, i.e. that they want sex also. But there are always some women who are "teases" and will let you down. I personally was a bad tease when I was your age and now I regret it because I failed to follow-through.

So, in your case, you maybe just testing your male powers of attraction and that would be just normal. Now, with regards to the context, perhaps when you are walking the dog, that the girls are not in high-alert, and with their lower defenses, your flirting is more effective. When you are in a party situation, where many guys are coming onto the girls, they are in a defensive mode and your flirtations or "cheesy pick-up lines" are ineffective.

Have you tried freaking? I find when I get a girl in this position, she is usually receptive thereafter. Freaking (a.k.a. dirty dancing) is a rather advanced form of flirting. You can probably find good examples on YouTube.

I could tell you how to be the master of flirting, but if you're just going to use it for the forces of evil then I'm afraid you are not ready for that knowledge. Why would you want to degrade and disrespect a woman like that? There is more to life than just getting in someone's pants.

You may still need to learn the art of flirting but maybe not....It should come quite naturally .....some like to think of it as 4play or romance...its all good until someone gets hurt but that's another story

Saying anything to any person like short of to exhibit that you are focused on them, crap is honestly more difficult to give an explanation for than to exhibit!!!!!!!!!!!!! like for instance: while a lady offers slightly playful punch to a man and laughs she's flirting with him, while a man says like: Ohh you are so lovely and performs with a lady like if she was once slightly woman thats flirting too, while a lady flips her hair in entrance of a man she's flirting with him.........you get my factor correct i am already worn out of writing. desire that is what you have been watching for
