Well, you can clean it regularly with a pressure washer, you can apply a bleach and water solution to the roof, you can try to apply a fungicide to the roof (but I don't think this is very effective), and lastly I think zinc inhibits the growth of mold, so if you have a way to attach a zinc strip to the peak of your roof, it may help prevent mold growth on the roof.

Ah the age old problem, I tried hundreds of different remedies, and in the end I employed a conservatory roof cleaner on a full time basis.
However due to european job directives, he is not allowed to clean or maintain any other roofing areas of the house, which menat the employment of a tiled roof cleaner and an interior roof cleaner
I am not rich and so the employment of three roof cleaners meant I had to sell the house.
I do not know if their employment was continued by the new owner, but i note the general roofing areas of the house still look pristine, so one must assume they are still in place.
If you are not in a position to employ specialist roof cleaning operatives, might i suggest a hose pipe and a broom, indeed if I had taken this option I would still have my multi roofed house
Please dont lose you house over what is essentially a simple problem to overcome.
As a note, If you are not a tall person, they have recently invented things called ladders, enabling you to reached the roofed area easily and in relative safety
Hope this helps

Garden centres normally stock anti mould sprays, and used as directed may help. However, in the summer use the spray to prevent the sunlight growing the fungus seed, and in winter use lukewarm dishwater less any residue by filtering via a collender into a bucket and wash over outside of the glass.Plastics need spray only.

I would suggest that you occasionally spray bleach on it to keep it mold free after you have taken the mold off with a good mold remover..

Sadly you can't.
You have to get the elbow grease working once in a while.
I do ours twice a year (Whether it needs it or not - as they say).
Seems to work.
Those so called fungicides etc don't seem to.
