subject is the start menu bar?

how do i put my start tool bar on the bottom of my screen . It is on the top now.

click it and keep clicking it and drag it down

Click the middle of the start bar and drag it to the place you want it. If that does not work, right click on the bar and make sure "Lock taskbar" is unchecked. Then drag it!

Just drag it to bottom...
