When I saw your website, I asked my self what is the website all about. I suggest that you should add an information which describes your website like - what is the website all about, the services that you offer to your website. A website should be more infomative, a User-Friendly site and should be presentable because if somebody will view your site he/she might not appreciate how your website look-like, he/she might ignore it.

man first thing to do is to improve the design of the web page i didn't like it sorry!
the colors and the left menu is not good enough you should do it yahoo or Google style get some one design it for you and re develop it. i can do it tell if you like and we can negotiate on the price

My first impression was the site was sloppy and bombards the visitor with advertisements. Clean it up and make it seem like it has a little more direction.

Go here and use their web site builder to make and manage your site. You'll get MUCH better results!
