I have a friend witch has got it in2 her head that me and my lad friend like each other.. He is like a brother 2 me and we are very close.. There is NO feelings at all in that way,we have discused this because it was getting really silly at one point wiv peiople tryin 2 set us up.... We txt n c each other loadz n because ov that my girl friend wont give it up.. Shes even put it up on yahoo ansews n says were ment 2b wiv each other.. ITS DOIN MY HEAD IN!!!! Is starting 2 make me feel unconfortable that i cant act myself around him just incase my friend reads more in2 it.. HOW CAN I GET THROUGH 2 HER!!!!!!!!!!!1

Second, why don't you get a boyfriend or set your friend up with a girl. If you or him are attached, your best friend can't pester you about hooking up.

i have to break it to you...you boy-'friend' wants to be your boyfriend. He has told you he doesn't fancy you because you have told him you don't fancy him- so he hasn't come clean as doesn't want to feel like an idiot, but still wants to be close to you! Your mate is being out of order though, it has nothing to do with her and she should respect your wishes not wind you up, tell her that her behaviour i affecting your friendship as she seems to be breaking the trust and a friend you can't trust is no friend at all!
by the way rent out the DVD Just Friends as a treat for you and you boy-'friend' to watch, and see his reaction, it might hit a nerve! Open your eyes and you will see more to this situation. (unless he has no interest in girls and is gay or something then it is likely he fancies you...your girl mate is probably just frustrated with your denial! But she should not interfere!

your best bet is to sit down with her and tell her that there is nothing but friends between you and the guy and that her insisting you guys should be together is making you feel uncomfortable. at the same time if she is friends with him also have you thought that maybe he wants to be more than friends with you and is going through her cause he's scared of being rejected by you and also that if he says something that it will mess up ya'lls friendship? that could be a reason that she's doing it. or it could be that she see's something that you don't and that you guys should give it a shot. not sure but you definately should tell her how what she is doing is making you feel.

sounds like you fancy him :) jokes! just dont worry what others say, so what! you have a great friend, be grateful and just carry on as if people weren't saying stuff - it would be a pity to affect / ruin your friendship cos of people being silly!
