Yesterday at noon I had this terrible pain at my lower left side, but inside, not the back nor the front, it felt like in the inside more to the front. It seems like ovulation pain but WORST. It last like 5 or 6 continous hours. It felts really sharp and I become worried because of it.

But sudenly it went. Right now I don't have it. And I was remembering that last month I had a similar pain but not that sharp, so I think it was ovulation.

I don't know what to think about it. Could it be ovulation? I was thinking on an ectophic pregnancy. If it's an ectophic, the pain has to be continous or it could get in and out? How does it feel (pain) on an ectophic??

I'm pretty worried...........

I was having pain in my lower side and it felt like that sometime i felt like I was going to pass out..I went to my dr and he did a soogram and I had a cyst that had wrapped around my fallopian tube and thats why I was having all the pain..I had to have surgery to get it removed..But I would say it might be a cyst I would call your doctor and get in with him nobody can really tell you what it might be but your dr. we can just give you ideas of what it could be so like I said I would go to the doctor.

I have had some really sharp pain before. It was really bad. I asked my doctor and it turned out to be just gas. I couldn't believe it! If I were you I would ask your doctor. That way you can rule out the more serious things.
Good Luck!!!!!!!!!

You need to see a doctor, like today!!!!! You need to go right now. no more delays.. call them and tell them they will get you in without any fuss.
You may have something with your tubes, however you may have damaged your spleen!

Stop writing and get onto the doctors. If they cant see you you need to go to the hospital, I am being serious, more than ever... I nearly died due to tearing my spleen..

If it is not ovulation it could be kidney stones or maybe a cyst.
