A cantaloupe, it is called rockmelon in Australia and New Zealand due to the rock-like appearance of the skin of the fruit.

I think other country's call it cantaloupe. In Australia we have Rockmelon, Watermelon and Honeydew It's Fruit.
I'm heaps sorry i cant explain it any other way :-)

It's a cousin to the rollmelon and loosly related to the quartzmelon a.k.a. sandmelon in poorer regions of the world.
