Honestly I don't know how they sleep. Maybe they just turn off their conscience or ignore it. Who knows.

Well lets hope they cant sleep well!!! As this is soo wrong!!! Maybe by leaving the wife and children they will be safe now.

If they have a conscience they don't sleep easy. Everyone knows this is wrong, but behavior that is learned is hard to change.
It they don't have a conscience they will sleep fine.
