Try a program called CCleaner (Crap Cleaner). It gets rid of alot of junk your system accumulates and also cleans your Registry. It's free and you can find it at ccleaner.com.

I have used it for about a week on my work computer and also on my home computer. The first time I used it, I got rid of almost a GIG of worthless junk. It looks thru your cookies, temp files.... well, just say it looks over your entire hard drive. AND it's free!

Go to Tools>Internet Options...> and select Delete Files... and Delete Cookies, and Clear History on the General Tab. That should clean your files up.

To Clean the Hard Drive- Disk Cleanup, it's already on your comp.
