D&C are tricky some times they are deep other times it's only a surface scrapping. So it depends on how deep they went with the D&C. Once your uterus build that lining back up you will have a period after you next ovulation but his could take normally about 6weeks. It is not unusual for it to take longer though. I know you probably want to try agian but you really need to wait and have 3 cycles first give your body a chance to repair itself.
Take that time to deal with you grief and mourn your lose. I know its hard, but better days are ahead. God Bless

I'm so sorry for your loss, been there and it's devastating.
Your period should return to normal between 6 weeks and 6 months, depends on your body and how it adjusts. Take it easy and don't rush anything, mother nature will let you know when things are back to normal. God bless you and your little one.

if you are saying that you are still bleeding after the D&C, that should not be the case. there should be some very slight bleeding only. if bleeding is still present, please consult your ob/gyne about it. as to your regular menstrual period, you will have it again one month after the procedure.
